About Chick at the Zoo
Chick at the Zoo is a compact arcade game built around clear movement, item collection, and obstacle avoidance. The main character is a chick that moves only along the lower part of the screen. During each session, useful objects and obstacles fall from above, creating a simple play pattern focused on positioning and timing.
The main objective in Chick at the Zoo is to collect as many useful objects as possible while staying away from obstacles. Every useful object collected adds points to the current score. The player must keep the chick in a safe position and react to what is falling from the top of the screen.
The life system is limited to three lives. Each collision with an obstacle removes one life. After all three lives are lost, the session ends. This gives Chick at the Zoo a clear structure: collect useful objects, protect the remaining lives, and continue building the score for as long as possible.
At the end of the session, the final result is based on the number of points collected. A result is added to the records only when it is greater than zero. This keeps the record section tied directly to completed scoring attempts.
Chick at the Zoo focuses on a small set of easy-to-understand rules without adding extra systems beyond the core game loop. Movement stays in the lower area, objects fall from above, useful items increase the score, obstacles reduce lives, and the run ends after the third life is lost.
