This application allows Real Construction to hire installation workers throughout CA, NV, AZ, TX, MO and NE and maintain day-to-day business operation. To be able to use it, you need to be hired first, answering all required questions, providing a resume, having further phone interview. If HR Department decides that you meet all company requirements, you will receive a full access to the application. All approved-to-proceed workers would need to provide state issued ID, social security card, signed W-4 and I-9 to comply federal, state and local regulations.
