One Identity Manager – the Challenges
When it comes to requesting and approving roles, permissions, and other resources, users of the One Identity Manager face the following challenges:

The One Identity Manager IT Shop is a powerful and versatile tool with complex product hierarchies and a wide variety of products and workflows.
Decision-makers (requesters and approvers) require extensive training to navigate and use the IT Shop effectively.
Timely responses in exceptional scenarios, such as delegations or substitutions, are not easily achievable.
Approving requests is inefficient for decision-makers who are currently away from the office.
There is a high support burden due to frequent requests for assistance with ordering and approving permissions or other resources.
