How cache cleaning works: Android only allows the system or the app itself to clear an app's cache. Phone Cleaner takes you straight to that app's settings page where you tap Clear Cache, which is the official, safe way to do it.

Permissions: Usage access is used only to read how much storage each app uses. Media access is requested only when you start a junk scan, to find large files.
