RAVENT GO

RAVENT GO is the mobile app for teams that fulfil services in the field.

It runs on Ravent, a service fulfilment platform that centralizes online and offline orders so customers can buy whenever, however and wherever they want, with a unified experience across every channel.

With RAVENT GO your team can:

• Review incoming orders and flag the ones that need action
• Collect payments in store, by card, wire transfer, cash or payment link
• Issue tickets and passes, and share them with customers
• Message customers directly while keeping their contact details private
• Move each order through its fulfilment states as the work is completed
• Locate pickup and meeting points precisely with what3words

RAVENT GO is intended for service suppliers and their staff. A Ravent account is required to sign in.
