Features:

Supports Android 5 phones and tablets (Lollipop) onwards.

The tabs are stored on the computer and can then be synchronized manually when an Internet connection is detected, be it Mobile or WIFI.

The staff logs in (logs in) using username and password, provided and managed by HR from the "Employees" module in BIOACCESS HR.

The application allows you to remember the access credentials and then quickly enter it, without having to enter the username and password again.

It allows the employee to register their income / expenses (also called "sign", "sign", "mark", "check", "strike out", depending on the country where it is used) by touching a button on the screen.

Allows you to add a comment or download along with the record, which will be visible from HR.

Even without having a network connection (cellular or WIFI), the application takes the file and saves it, when the equipment has connectivity, it allows you to manually synchronize the stored files.

The application determines the location from which it is recorded, taking the location information either from the GPS of the equipment in case of having it (more precise) or using the network location (less accurate but equally reliable).

The mobile records can then be viewed in detail and analyzed from the BIOACCESS HR portal, to know who signed, where and when.

It allows the user to see a history of their last 30 records, for their own control.

The user can change his password from the Android App.

The tabs made by this means are fully integrated with the tabs coming from other platforms supported by BIOACCESS HR: Autonomous equipment (clocks and access controls ZKTeco, Windows PC with USB reader, etc.

This means that the same employee can, for example, record his income on a ZK watch and then sign his departure from his smartphone, in case he must leave, and for Human Resources, the recording method is completely indistinct.

Using the BIOACCESS HR software, you can view on a map the profiles that your personnel carry out from mobile devices.

See the detail of each record individually with its location.

Select multiple records, both one employee and several, and the BIOACCESS HR application will link each point, obtaining a route layout.

Analyze the order of the records, where and at what exact moment they occurred, how long it took from one point to another.
