About RamGo

RamGo is the mobile application for agents and managers on the ram-radius system. Connect your copy and manage subscribers, balances, invoices, and daily operations from your phone.

Connect Your Copy
Enter the ram-radius copy link and log in with your agent or manager account. The application communicates directly with the ram, without any trial data.

Dashboard
From the main screen, you can monitor your balance, reward points (if applicable), and the number of subscribers (all, connected, activated, expired, and prepaid). Debt alerts show who hasn't paid within the specified period.

Quick Activation
Activate a customer's subscription with the default values, or choose a different plan to instantly change the plan—without opening all the advanced activation options.

Subscribers
Search for a subscriber, view their status, plan, and expiration date, renew or change plans, and manage invoices and records from the subscriber's profile.

Finance
Track invoices, receive payments, transfer funds between accounts, and check recharge cards before use.

Packages and Cards
View packages, card series, active cards, and card subscribers.

Communication
Send customer notifications from templates, review the notification log, and manage messages and sending channels.

Administration
Managers, agents, and their invoices, devices, servers, and system log—for permissions available to your account.

Your Account
Edit your account details, enable dark mode, and log out securely.

RamGo is suitable for agents and internet networks that operate on ram-radius and require fast, daily management from mobile devices.

Note: A working ram-radius version and an account with appropriate permissions are required. The application does not provide a standalone internet service.
