The maps in this app are scanned copies of DLRS Mouza maps; the app does not change them. For certified maps and records, use DLRMS.

DOWNLOAD MOUZA MAPS
• Mouza maps for all 61 surveyed districts: browse by division › district › upazila › survey.
• Preview a map full screen before saving it.
• Download one map or a whole folder, in the background; saved maps open offline.

MEASURE LAND PLOTS
• Measure on a downloaded map, or open your own scanned map (PDF, JPG or PNG).
• Set the map scale (16, 32, 64 or 80 inch = 1 mile), or calibrate it from the chain scale bar or any known distance.
• Add corners under a fixed crosshair; they snap to drawn plots.
• Smart Trace (beta): long-press inside a plot to outline it automatically.
• Area as you go: decimal (শতক), sq ft, acre, katha, bigha and kani–gonda (sizes adjustable).
• Side lengths in feet and inches (8′ 6″) or decimal feet on the map; perimeter in feet, metres and chains. Measure distances too.
• Name plots by dag number, move corners, undo or redo changes.
• Add up several plots, and divide the total into shares (for example 1, 1, 2 for heirs).

SEE YOUR PLOTS ON THE SATELLITE MAP
• Mark a few landmarks on the Mouza map, match them on the satellite map or by GPS, and see your plots on the ground (Pro · free during launch).
• Shift or turn plots to fit the fences, compare areas, and export to Google Earth (KML/KMZ, when matched by GPS).
• Approximate: old maps were hand-drawn; plots far from the landmarks drift.

COMPARE SURVEYS (PENTAGRAPH)
• Match CS, SA, RS and BS maps of the same area and see which old dags lie under each new dag, with a PDF table (Pro · free during launch).

MEASURE ON THE GOOGLE MAP
• Measure on Google's satellite map too and compare with the Mouza map.
• Search a place, type coordinates or start at your location.
• Mark corners with the crosshair, by tapping, or by walking the boundary with GPS.
• Measure distances along a path; save and share.

SHARE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
• Share a PDF report of areas and dimensions by WhatsApp, email or Drive.
• Export to DXF for AutoCAD or other CAD software.

LAND TOOLS & SERVICES
• Unit converter: decimal, katha, bigha, kani, acre, sq ft; feet, hat, link, chain.
• Land value from the price per decimal, katha or bigha.
• Khatian shares: read old anna–gonda shares (⁄১৷৴) and each owner's land (Pro · free during launch).

Measurements are estimates: scan quality, paper shrinkage and line thickness affect them; satellite images and GPS can be off by a few metres. They do not replace an official survey, a certified map or your land documents.
