QV LE is the mobile companion to QV LE Desktop, the firearms qualification management platform for law enforcement agencies. Scan the target. Score in seconds.

Instructors use QV LE on the range to run qualification sessions from their agency's Desktop: capture target evidence, record results, and collect signatures without paper forms or manual re-entry.

ON THE RANGE
• Pair securely with your agency's QV LE Desktop using a six-digit code
• Receive session details, range setup, and safety briefing from the Desktop
• Capture target images with the camera or choose them from the gallery
• Work through each qualification stage with built-in stage timers
• Collect officer and instructor signatures on the device
• Send results, target evidence, and signatures back to the Desktop

LOCAL AND PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Qualification records, officer information, target images, and signatures are never sent to QValor or to any cloud service
• The phone communicates only with your agency's Desktop over Bluetooth and the local Wi-Fi network
• Every connection after the initial pairing is encrypted
• Records are sealed with a cryptographic hash, and data handling and access control are CJIS-aligned

PERMISSIONS
• Bluetooth / Nearby devices: to pair with and find your agency's Desktop
• Wi-Fi and network access: for the local connection to the Desktop only
• Camera and photos: to capture target images
• Location: required for Bluetooth scanning on some older Android versions; your location is not used or stored

REQUIREMENTS
QV LE is licensed to law enforcement agencies. It requires an active QV LE Desktop installation operated by your agency, and it may be used only by personnel the agency authorizes. QV LE supports, and does not replace, firearms safety procedures or instructor judgment.
