KSI Lucky Wheel

KSI Lucky Wheel opens on the Workout screen, where you can see this week's workouts, training volume, minutes and days trained. View the exercises in a routine, then tap Start to begin a session.

The Session screen shows each exercise and its sets, with previous numbers beside the weight and reps. Edit the weight and reps, tick off completed sets and follow the running clock. Finish the workout to save it, or discard the session. If you finish without ticking any sets, the app asks for confirmation first.

Open History to review past workouts, including time, volume, records and the best set for each exercise. Before your first completed workout, History displays a hint. You can also delete a saved workout.

Open Progress and pick an exercise to view its estimated one-rep max over 12 weeks, best set, sessions and weekly volume.

KSI Lucky Wheel works offline and stores routines and finished workouts, including sets, weights and reps, only on your device.
