Seminal is the official mobile companion for employees of Q-Sourcing Servtec and our managed-service clients across the world.

Built for field, retail, security, and back-office teams alike, Seminal puts your day-to-day work essentials in your pocket:

• Check in at your site with one tap. GPS-aware so your manager has accurate site-presence data without paperwork.

• Track your hours day by day, week by week, against your scheduled work hours and overtime target.

• See every payslip, including the full breakdown of statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, LST, RSSB, SHIF, and other country-specific items) and your year-to-date earnings.

• Check leave balance, history, and the status of any open leave request.

• Manage your account: update contact details, view employment information, download tax documents, and exercise your right to request a copy of your data under your country's data protection law (Uganda DPA 2019, Kenya DPA 2019, etc.).
