What you can do with Hakeem

Appointments: view your appointment list and submit appointment requests

Health Records: access selected information including vitals, lab results, radiology results, medications, procedures, immunizations, and allergies

Health Reports: view or obtain documents such as sick leave, attendance certificates, and downloadable lab/radiology results, plus medication-related reports

Health Education: browse general health education content

Feedback & Patient Survey: share feedback, suggestions, and complete patient surveys to help improve services

Contact Us: find QRCS health center details (location, working hours) and a link to the official QRCS website

Smart features

In-center verification (Location): with your permission, location is used to confirm you are in a QRCS health center and enable in-center features such as Qmatic queue number functionality during consultations

Profile photo (Camera only): capture a profile photo using your device camera (no photo library upload)

Push notifications: receive reminders and updates about appointments, refills, and availability/approval of test results or medications
