MandirKhata is a secure bilingual workspace for temple committees to maintain clear and transparent financial records.

Committee members can record donations and expenses, generate numbered donation receipts, attach compressed bill images, review the current balance, and export reports for accountants or committee review.

Key features:

• Hindi and English interface
• Multiple temple workspaces
• Donation and expense records
• Numbered PDF donation receipts
• On-device receipt and report sharing
• Date-range CSV and PDF exports
• Bill images embedded in expense records and reports
• Team roles and access-request approval
• Opening balance, budget planning and activity history
• Void records and audit history for safer accounting

MandirKhata is an internal record-management app. It is not a payment gateway and does not collect or process online donations. Sharing is always initiated manually by the user through the device share sheet.
