SiteScribe

SiteScribe is the construction daily report and site diary app that turns what you say on site into a professional, client-ready PDF — and it works with no signal and no login. Replace the paper diary, the WhatsApp photo threads and the end-of-day spreadsheet with one daily log your whole project can rely on.

★ VOICE TO REPORT (AI)
Tap the mic and describe the day. AI organizes your words into Work Completed, Delays, Health & Safety, Labor and Materials. Every line stays editable until you save — nothing is written without your review. Improve wording, find missing details, summarize a week, or ask questions about any project's history.

★ DAILY SITE REPORTS IN MINUTES
Weather and GPS filled in automatically for today's report. Photos stamped with location, marked up with arrows and circles, and described by AI photo analysis. Preview the real PDF, then share it or email the client in one tap. Copy yesterday's report to start faster on repeat days.

★ RUN THE WHOLE JOBSITE
• Site register: sign crews in and out, record inductions, run toolbox talks with attendee signatures
• Safety checklists: daily site walk, prestart / pre-start briefing, scaffold inspection — or build your own; required items can't be skipped before a report is finalized
• Defects, snags and punch list items with photos, priority, assignee and due dates — pinned directly onto your plan drawings (import a PDF, long-press to drop a pin)
• Tasks, RFIs and change orders with overdue warnings
• Equipment and plant registry with hours per machine; deliveries with docket numbers; visitors; incident and near-miss records
• Timesheet CSV (per-worker hours from the sign-in sheet, overnight shifts included) and materials / deliveries CSV for payroll and accounts
• Insights: 14-day activity, labor hours by trade, plant hours, open and overdue items across every project

★ BUILT FOR THE US, UK, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA
Units, currency and date format follow your region (change them any time). Incident, safety and briefing records use familiar OSHA / HSE / provincial OHS / WorkSafe language — JSA and toolbox talks, RAMS and CDM-style site diaries, SWMS and pre-starts. Weather works worldwide.

★ OFFLINE-FIRST AND PRIVATE
Everything is stored on your phone — no account required. Turn on optional cloud sync to back up across devices; your data stays isolated to your account. No ads, no profiling, no selling of data. Export a full backup or delete everything in-app at any time.
