Purplebricks Selling

Keep track of your home sale, anytime, anywhere, with the Purplebricks app. Yup. We’ve got a new look – and some great new features for selling your home. Plus, view your app in light and dark mode – whenever the mood strikes.

Here’s what’s new

Your listing:

Check in with your for sale listing performance on the go. We’ll give you a detailed breakdown of how your advert is performing over time – from views to booked viewings and offers.

We’ll also collect feedback for you. With a handy rating of key details like presentation of your property, suitability and price, so you know exactly what potential buyers are thinking. And how to improve, if you need to.

Track the key stats and activity on your property advert, all at a glance. And, see how your home sale’s getting along, with an easy tracker from conveyancing to completion. And if you’re selling more than one property with us, you can manage them all in the app. Simple, right?

Chat to home buyers:

Messages from your buyers in your hands. Talk all things viewings, pin down the right price, and see where your buyer’s heads are at with our handy messaging feature. You can read and reply to buyer’s messages on the go, as you need.

Edit your account:

If you need to tweak your personal info, easily update your account details anytime from your phone.

And there’s more to come. We’re adding new features all the time. Soon, you'll be able to:

Manage your viewings:

As a seller, you can view your buyer appointments and reschedule or cancel them, all without leaving the app.

Respond to offers:

Stay in the loop and respond to offers on your property, right as they come in. Sell your home on your time, not rigid estate agent hours.

Keep your property sale at your fingertips with the Purplebricks app.
