About MyWork

MyWork is the employee app for your organisation's attendance and HR system. Mark attendance, request leave, fill in timesheets and view your payslips from your phone.

Please note: MyWork is provided by your employer. You will need a company code and sign-in details from your HR team. You cannot create an account yourself, and the app cannot be used without one.

ATTENDANCE
- Check in and out at the office, with location verification
- Field check-in for staff working at client sites, with GPS and an optional photo
- View your daily and monthly attendance, working hours and late marks
- See punches recorded by your workplace biometric device

LEAVE AND REQUESTS
- Apply for leave and see your remaining balances
- Request compensatory off, work from home and other approvals
- Track the status of every request you raise
- Review and approve your team's requests if you are a manager

TIMESHEETS
- Record hours against the projects you work on
- Review and submit your timesheet for approval

PAY AND EXPENSES
- View your payslips
- Submit expense claims with receipt photos
- Follow your reimbursement status

ABOUT LOCATION
Some employers use MyWork to record where field staff check in, and to see the live location of field teams during work. If your employer has enabled this, the app explains what is collected and asks your permission before any location is recorded in the background. Background location is collected periodically while you are signed in, including when the app is closed.

You can decline and continue to use everything else in the app. You can change your choice at any time under Profile > Location Tracking, or withdraw location access in your device settings. Signing out stops background collection completely.
