Proto Homes

The Proto Homes App is a gateway to Proto's Technology-Driven Building Platform. It enables partners to design, build, control the supply chain, & manage post-occupancy.

We have created the world’s first technology-driven building platform making home building faster, cheaper, more efficient, and more precise. Our revolutionary approach simplifies the home building process, allowing builders to capitalize on economies of scale while still maintaining maximum flexibility in design and construction and avoiding the limitations common to other prefab and modular home solutions.

The PROTO HOMES APP offers homeowners, builders, developers, and building professionals a robust digital suite of groundbreaking services and tools designed to support each PROTO HOME throughout its lifespan, from concept to completion and beyond.

PROTO HOMES are constructed on-site using our innovative system-built platform using a set of smart components that are easy to install and eliminate the need for highly specialized subcontractors significantly reducing labor costs overall.

Using our intuitive PROTO HOMES platform, homeowners and builders can seamlessly customize and design new projects, track building materials down to the last wire roll and wire nut, access a foolproof installation plan, and maintain, manage, monitor, and modify the home throughout its lifespan.

During construction and assembly, the PROTO HOME construction management tool will guide you through the entire process step by step, from scheduling and tracking all FACTOR deliveries, to cataloging every component and building material that arrives on-site through its QR scanner, to using easy-to-navigate 3D modeling and building instructions to show you when and where to install every component and how each component fits into the finished home. As a result, the app will serve as a comprehensive information library able to provide a complete up-to-the-second snapshot of the project, where it stands, what comes next, and what’s still to come.

After occupancy, the app will serve as the central information hub for the entire home, cataloging everything from construction details and specs to any upgrades and modifications you might make as well as any significant events that might impact the house through the years. The app will also remind you of upcoming maintenance milestones and give you a simple, intuitive interface through which you’ll be able to control all aspects of your interconnected smart home.

Should you ever decide to sell your PROTO HOME, the app will be able to give potential buyers a clear picture of the history of the home and all of its features, providing them with a level of confidence they’re unlikely to find in other homes.

After you sell your PROTO HOME, you’ll be able to seamlessly transfer access to the app to the new owners enabling them to enjoy the same benefits and features of the PROTO APP as they settle into their new home.

And should you ever run into any problems along the way, the PROTO HOME APP offers 24/7 tech support from day one.
