Track your provider in real time and stay connected with in-app chat.

Car maintenance

• Book maintenance appointments by selecting services and sub-services (availability varies by city/district) • Service packages (bundled services + products) for faster booking • Add products related to your selected service and see total cost calculation • Cart to review, edit, or remove items before confirming • Manage bookings (status, reschedule/cancel within allowed rules)

Emergency roadside assistance

• Towing requests for breakdown situations (availability depends on your area) • Coming soon: additional roadside services will be added over time (availability varies by location)

Live updates & communication

• Real-time tracking once the provider starts moving • In-app chat with Admin for coordination (and the assigned provider can join the booking chat until the task is closed)

• Ratings & feedback after completion • Badges & referral code (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Diamond) with offers/benefits managed by Admin • Multi-language: English, Arabic, Kurdish
