Original Schmidt OS8000 and Silver Schmidt OS8200 are the world's most advanced concrete rebound hammers from the inventors of the Schmidt hammer.

Both hammers can be used as stand-alone digital hammers with automated calculation of the rebound number according to major standards, (EN 12504-2, ASTM C805, JGJ T-23, JSCE G504, JIS A1155). They can also be used in combination with a Bluetooth printer. The full power of the hammers is unlocked when used in combination with the Schmidt app.

It provides concrete compressive strength estimates fully in accordance with the procedures defined by rebound hammer standards. Custom materials curves allow for the most accurate strength estimations possible and also enable the user to create a smart database for his own concrete mixes, ideal for applications such as quality control, inspection assessment, formwork or mould removal.

Data can also be collected on site or in a precast concrete plant with the hammer alone and then downloaded to the Schmidt app back at the office.

Use the logbook functionality to capture information on site for use in your reports. Generate PDF reports for rebound series or an entire test region with just two clicks (e.g EN13791 screening test), and make use of Proceq's Live platform for backing up, accessing and sharing your measurement data with colleagues directly from the inspection site.
