Probabily

Probabily makes a group decision fair — and lets everyone watch it happen.

Assign mentors. Pick who goes where. Split people into teams. Choose the restaurant. Anything you would settle with a coin toss or a hat full of names, except nobody has to trust the person holding the hat.

HOW IT WORKS
- Create a group and share the join code. Only people with the code can get in.
- An admin opens a round: who rolls, and what they are rolling for.
- Each person rolls once. The result appears instantly for the whole group.
- Every roll is logged and permanent. Nobody can quietly redo one.

FAIR BY DESIGN
Three ways to share things out:
- Even split - everything gets its first before anything gets a second. 15 members across 3 leaders lands on 5 each, worked out for you.
- Capped - set a ceiling. Once something has been picked that many times, it drops out of the draw.
- Free - no limits, duplicates allowed.

NAME IT YOURSELF
Every round carries its own words. A mentoring round says mentor and assignee. A trip round says place and traveller. A team round says leader and member. You type the labels once and the app uses them everywhere, on every screen and in every result.

DRAW FROM YOUR PEOPLE, OR YOUR OWN LIST
A round can draw from the members of your group, or from a list you type - five restaurants, eight cities, twelve project topics. Set how many times each one may be chosen.

OPEN BY DEFAULT
There is no hidden result and no private outcome. Every member sees every roll, in order, as it happens. That is the whole point: not just a fair draw, but one everyone can see was fair.

PRIVATE GROUPS
Groups are reachable only by join code. No group can see another. Your email address is never shown to other members, and an admin can remove anyone who should not be there.

NO ADS, NO TRACKING, NO PAYMENTS
Probabily has no advertising, no analytics, no location access and nothing to buy. It stores your email address, your display name and your rolls. Nothing else.

Works on any Android phone and in a browser at mentorroll.web.app. Members can be anywhere - results sync live.
