Our app is designed to simplify school management by bringing all essential features into one platform. It includes a Student Information System to manage student details, attendance, and behavior tracking, making it easy to stay on top of each student's progress. The Staff Information System helps manage staff data, track attendance, and handle time-off requests with simple approval workflows. For attendance, we provide real-time Student Attendance and Lateness Logging, and Staff Time and Attendance is tracked with geo-fencing to approve timesheets directly from the app.

Staff can also submit Time-Off Requests for easy approval, and Daily One-on-One Assignment Tracking ensures that every student gets the attention they need. Our School Nurse Information feature allows easy access to student health records, while the School Calendar keeps everyone updated on important dates, holidays, and events. For students who need extra support, we offer Therapy Tracking, Behavior Support Tracking, and tools for managing IEPs and Progress Reports.

Teachers can organize their lessons with ease using the Lesson Plans feature, and generate Report Cards to track student progress throughout the year. The Parent Portal gives parents secure access to their child’s attendance, grades, and reports, keeping them in the loop. We’ve also integrated the Previously Used COVID Questionnaire for easy access to past health records.

Our app also makes communication simple with School Messages and Bulletins, allowing you to send quick updates like snow day notifications or event reminders. Managing your school’s resources is a breeze with the School Inventory feature, and sending important notifications like school closures or upcoming events can be done directly from our servers. You can even take pictures of students, staff, and inventory items, which are securely stored within the system.

And finally, our One-Click Dialing feature lets you call contacts directly from the school database, without the need for access to your phone’s personal contacts. With all these tools at your fingertips, this app is a complete solution for school management, designed to save you time and keep everyone connected.
