Think of Porch as your free personal home assistant, always ready to lend a hand whenever you need it.

In addition to giving you convenient access to your enhanced inspection report, Porch also offers everything you need to move and manage your home with ease. With millions of homeowners served since 2013, Porch makes managing the home simple... from moving and improving, to everything in between.

HOW IT WORKS:
This app is currently available for home buyers who’ve recently had a home inspection with an inspector who partners with Porch. If you’ve received an invite to access your inspection report in the app, just download the app and enter a few details about yourself and your move so we can best customize your app experience.
In addition to accessing your enhanced inspection report, you can do even more in the app using your inspection report data, like creating a custom home to-do list and tracking your appliances.
Need help moving? No problem, we can help with that, too: Porch can arrange just movers, a moving van, local or long-distance moves... we'll help with everything you need to plan your move while saving time and effort. We can also research competitive home insurance rates, find the best TV and Internet deals, and much more.
Get other free tools and services in the Porch app, like a handy personalized moving checklist. You can also instantly book over 60 different types of home services for any repairs or maintenance required based on information from your inspection report.
