NOTEPOLICE: Police Notebook

NOTEPOLICE is the private police notebook: write, dictate and look things up on duty, and everything stays on your phone. No cloud, no account, no trace.

Built for local and national police, gendarmerie, traffic units and security staff: any officer, patrol member or commander who needs order and discretion in daily work.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• Notes and incidents with photo, video, audio and location.
• People, number plates, vehicles and equipment, searchable by text or by meaning.
• Shift roster with patterns, leave and holidays.
• Voice dictation processed on the phone itself.
• Descriptive portrait and signed records, exportable to PDF.
• Map with markers, measurement and layers; works offline.
• Module for commanders and communications: codes, call signs and briefings.
• Regulations and your own documents always at hand.
• Firearms and ammunition control with range sessions and reports.
• Diary, contacts, S.O.S. and direct phone-to-phone communication.

REAL PRIVACY
Everything you write stays on your device. There is no server, no sign-up and no copy anywhere. Protect the notebook with a PIN and fingerprint, make encrypted backups and move them to another phone.

AI ON BOARD
Chat and an operational assistant running inside the phone, offline. They help you draft, summarise and organise what you have collected. The AI gives no legal advice, does not interpret laws and does not replace official sources: always review the result.

LANGUAGES
Spanish, Catalan, English and Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil).

TRIAL AND PREMIUM
Seven days with everything. Afterwards you can keep reading what you wrote for free, forever; to keep writing, choose Premium annual or lifetime, with a single payment.
