The Unclaimed Refund Alert is a private information service that organizes and provides publicly available data on the national health insurance system. It has not received any partnership, approval, or delegation from government agencies or the National Health Insurance Service. You must check your eligibility and refund amount, apply for a refund, or obtain a certificate through the official website or mobile service of the National Health Insurance Service.

Refund Calculator
If you enter your co-payment amount from last year and your income bracket, it calculates the amount exceeding the ceiling. It is based on the annual co-payment ceiling table published by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Health Insurance Premium Calculator
If you enter your monthly salary, it calculates your co-payments for health insurance and long-term care insurance.

Application Preparation Checklist
You can check the items you need to prepare before applying for a refund and monitor the progress.
