Podorukun Track

The "Podorukun Track App" is an application specifically designed for Podorukun Group buyers, providing digital information and monitoring of property projects. This application is designed to make it easier for customers to follow each stage of unit construction in a more transparent, practical, and real-time manner.

Through this application, users can regularly monitor the physical progress of unit construction through the latest information and documentation provided by the developer. Furthermore, the application provides a maintenance retention monitoring feature to help customers determine the status of maintenance and follow-up repairs after the unit handover process.

The Podorukun Track App also features a complaint or grievance submission feature, making it easier for customers to report problems, damage, or other assistance needs directly to the relevant parties. This application is expected to improve the quality of service, communication, and convenience for Podorukun Group customers in owning and monitoring their properties.
