myPlus Academy

Congratulations ! You have a job. Now here’s a secret I will let you in. What brought you here would not be of much use in taking you to the next level. Sad but true. Maybe you know this already. Why is it so?

Our college education lags in terms of teaching the skills needed at work. Some of the key skills that make us successful at work - such as influencing others, sales, entrepreneurship, digital transformation impacting workplaces, the future of work, motivating and managing teams - are not taught at college. Or they are dealt with in a theoretical manner, several steps removed from reality.

The result - we spend a lot of time learning on our own. Learning from observation, experience. Nothing against it except like the cat told Alice in “Alice in Wonderland” - The road you take depends on where you want to go. And time is precious.

Plus Academy is an attempt towards setting you on the right path. Not by giving more theory but sharing practical experiences from faculty which has learnt it by actually doing it. The lessons are short-form video based, delivered in a conversational style. The approach is mentor driven. The learning approach is community based whereby you can ask questions and share insights. There are thoughtful exercises and quizzes to help contextualise the information to your work situations. The courses are modular so you can choose the exact combination that works for you. Try it. We are continuously adding new courses, leveraging the best practices and learnings globally.
