Mark the areas to cover and confirm a new copy. The chosen areas become opaque pixels, and redacted pages do not inherit their previous OCR text. Share the reviewed copy. The original document, previous exports and existing backups remain.

• No ads and unlimited OCR, including automatic recognition of new pages.
• Draw a signature, save it on your phone and reuse it in another document. Move it, resize it and apply it when ready. This is a visual, drawn signature.
• Export in high resolution.
• Choose a target PDF size in MB and save a profile. Pila reports the achieved size and warns if the target cannot be reached.
• Create a new stack from selected pages.
• Get a name suggestion from already recognized text, edit it and explicitly accept it.
• Review or correct merchant, date, total and currency before exporting receipts as CSV. Each page becomes one row; unclear or missing fields may remain blank.

TEXT AND LOCAL PROCESSING
OCR recognizes Latin, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Devanagari scripts on your device. Review the result before using it. Copy text or export it to Word; this contains recognized text rather than recreating the original page layout. Recognized pages can include searchable text in the PDF.

The free plan includes ads and offers optional rewarded ads for OCR. Reusing recognized text does not require another ad. If a reward is unavailable, the requested OCR remains available.

Documents, signatures and text are processed locally. The scanner may need an initial Google Play services download. Ads, analytics and purchases use online services. You choose where to share or save a manual backup.
