CASH DISTRIBUTION/DELIVERY TIME
In most cases it takes 1 - 5 minutes for your cash to be delivered/distributed to you by the financial agent. In rear cases, the maximum time it takes for your cash to be delivered to you is 30 minutes

CASH REFUNDS AND CASH REQUESTOR PROTECTION
SokCash only offer refunds to a cash requestor who solemnly wish to request for a refund before cash is distributed to the cash requestor. We do not offer refunds after cash has been delivered/distributed and given to you by the financial agent. We always make sure the financial agent(s) delivers cash to you neatly, correctly and appropriately
