PettoBook Pet Grooming Shop

PettoBook is the all-in-one app for pet grooming shops in Hong Kong. From the first booking to the finished groom, the payment and the follow-up, it all happens on your phone.

BOOKINGS AND SCHEDULING
• Day, week and month calendar for the whole shop; drag to reschedule
• Free slots calculated from each groomer's hours and the length of the service, so nothing double-books
• Your own online booking page: customers pick the service, groomer and time, 24 hours a day
• Walk-ins in a few taps, plus confirmations, reminders and reschedule notices

CUSTOMERS AND PETS
• Customer profiles and pet records: breed, weight, coat, allergies, notes and special prices
• Every visit saved with photos and notes, so you know what to do next time
• Tags and blocks for customers who need extra care

GROOMING PROGRESS AND REPORTS
• Check in, grooming, done: one tap each, and the customer is notified
• Before-and-after photos and a shareable album for the pet owner
• Health reports for skin, ears, teeth and more

PAYMENTS AND POS
• Take payment for a booking in a tap: cash and the methods you set up (FPS, card and more), with deposits and split payments
• Built-in POS: sell products on the same receipt as the grooming, keep a product list, see today's sales; stock tracking and refunds on higher plans
• Packages, prepaid wallet, stamp cards and loyalty points
• Daily takings and business reports

WHATSAPP AND TEAM
• Booking confirmations and "grooming finished" messages over WhatsApp from your own number
• Staff roster, working hours and leave

PLANS
Free: calendar, customer records, price list, shop page and directory listing, 1 staff member, and 10 online bookings a month to try it. Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) add unlimited online booking, more staff, the POS, WhatsApp messages, wallet and more. Upgrade inside the app through Google Play; cancel any time.

LANGUAGES
Traditional Chinese and English. The app follows your phone's language. Some screens, including parts of the POS, are still Chinese only.
