PBA Fuel Farm Inspector

PBA Fuel Farm Inspector is a purpose-built mobile tool for Perry Brothers Aviation Fuels ground crews to complete
daily and monthly fuel farm inspections — fast, accurate, and fully offline.

DAILY INSPECTIONS
• Scan tank and truck QR labels to instantly open the inspection form for that asset
• Complete the 7-point daily checklist covering housekeeping, fuel leaks, fire safety, bonding cables, hoses, and more
• Record sump sample codes, filter vessel readings, and DP pressure
• Attach photos to any failed item
• Sign off and submit — the app flags failures and prompts an email alert to supervisors

MONTHLY INSPECTIONS
• Complete the 9-point monthly inspection record including membrane filter test, anti-icing additive concentration,
free water check, bonding cable continuity, and more
• Track numeric readings alongside pass/fail ratings
• Full signature and date capture per item

BUILT FOR THE FLIGHT LINE
• Works 100% offline — no internet connection required
• All data stored securely on-device
• Supports multiple facilities and assets (tanks and refueler trucks)
• Export and print inspection reports as PDFs
• Back up and restore all records with a single tap
