About Permian Vending Hub

Permian Vending Hub is a local operations workspace for Permian Vending Co LLC. It helps route staff organize machine locations, stock checks, service follow-ups, restock planning, and quote records on the device.

Route console
View a summary of active locations, low-stock machines, open service requests, and month-to-date quote value. Filter the view by Today, 7 Days, or 30 Days. Review a fleet stock matrix and a restock priority list based on saved local records.

Machine locations
Browse machine locations with stock estimates, recent checks, and service state. Search and filter by stock level. Record a location check with a visual stock estimate and an optional visit note.

Route and restock planner
Enter location details, capacity, stock percent, average daily sales, days since last visit, distance from route start, and service issue severity. The app calculates estimated days to stockout, recommended refill quantity, urgency score, and suggested priority. Save plans and build a local route queue ordered by urgency, then distance. This is a planning calculator only; it does not use GPS or claim route optimization.

Quotes
Create, edit, and delete local quote records with customer details, selected service, scope notes, amount, preferred date, status, and internal notes. Filter by status and search by name or reference.

Service catalog
Browse vending-related support services offline. Open a service to view description, estimated duration, planning range, and highlights. Start a quote from a service detail screen.

Company
View verified business identity, mission, values, approach, address, and team role entries. Open phone, email, or map actions through your installed apps. Prepare an inquiry message locally.

Data on this device
Operational records are stored in a local SQLite database on your device. The app does not request internet access. Sample records may appear on first launch for demonstration.
