Forge Physio allows clients to access their physical therapy programs, track workouts, track their wellness journey and improve means of routine communication with their provider.
From the home page, view the messages from your provider, view your daily fitness statistics, and see your nutrition overview. On this page, we also work with Apple Health App to keep track of your steps and calories burned.
From there, slide over one tab to the fitness calendar that will act as your daily workout/physical therapy planner. If you chose, there are options to weigh yourself, have daily nutrition macro counting, and even the ability to record progress photos if body transformation is part of your goals.
Clicking on the workout for the day will bring you to the first exercise prescribed to you. Clicking on the training tab will give you a full breakdown of your program week over week. You will be able to see the days of the week where programming is prescribed and be able to click on the programming to get started.
