Peram Chat

Peram Chat is a business messaging application for company employees. Accounts are provided by the company — the application does not have free registration and is not for individual users.

MAIN FEATURES

• List of messaging accounts that the company has granted you access to, along with the number of unread messages for each account.

• List of conversations by account, with a search box by contact name or message content.

• Two-way chat: read message history, send messages, reply to a specific message, view recalled messages.

• Synchronize read status with the web version: reading messages on your phone also reduces the number of unread messages on the web.

• Push notifications for new messages. Message content is not in the notification — clicking on the notification opens the correct conversation in the application.

• Light and dark interface, automatically changes according to operating system settings.

• Date and time displayed according to Vietnam time zone (UTC+7), date/month/year format and 24-hour time.

SAFETY AND REPORTING

Peram Chat provides tools for handling inappropriate content and behavior:

• Report a specific message: press and hold the message in the chat window.

• Report an entire conversation: open the chat window, tap the three dots in the upper right corner.

• Block a contact in a one-on-one conversation: use the same three-dot menu.

• Review and unblock: tap "Blocked" at the top of the conversation list.

• Send reports via email to the operator from Settings.

Each report includes eight categories of reasons, including content harmful to children, harassment, hate speech, and pornography. We review reports within 24 business hours, remove violating content, and lock the account of the violator when necessary.

You must read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before using the application. The Terms clearly state what content is strictly prohibited.

PRIVACY

• The application connects only to a single server operated by the business, via an encrypted HTTPS connection. No other servers receive data from the application.

• No ads, no ad tracking codes, no behavior measurement tools.

• No access to location, contacts, calendar, microphone, or camera. These permissions are blocked directly in the application configuration.

• Select photos to send using the operating system's photo picker, so the application only accepts the photo you select; it cannot access your photo library.

• You can request account and related data deletion from the Settings section in the application, or on our public website.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Employees of the company that has deployed Peram Chat. If you have not been assigned a company code and account, you will not be able to log in.
