Pearl Labs Workspace

Pearl Labs Workspace— the team workspace for our lab.

Pearl Labs Workspace brings your projects, tasks, daily standups, and team conversations into one focused app, built for the way
our community actually works. Whether you're on the robotics or AI track, Pearl Labs keeps everyone aligned,
accountable, and connected — from anywhere.

Manage projects and tasks
Create projects, break them into tasks, and track them from start to finish. Assign work to teammates, set status
(pending, in progress, completed), follow progress at a glance, and discuss details right on each task with comments
and rich descriptions.

Stay connected with team chat
A single shared space for the whole lab. Send messages, react with emoji, reply in threads, and keep the conversation
flowing. Rich-text formatting keeps announcements and updates clear and easy to read.

Post daily standups
Share what you worked on yesterday, what you're focused on today, and any blockers — in seconds. Mark whether you're
at the lab or remote, and build a standup streak that rewards showing up consistently. A built-in calendar shows your
standup history at a glance.

Make announcements and requests
Broadcast important updates to the team, or post a request when you need help or resources — and let teammates
respond.

Track your progress
Your profile keeps your stats in one place: your standup streak, open and completed tasks, projects you're part of,
and a weekly activity summary that shows how your week is shaping up.

Powerful tools for admins
Lab admins get everything they need to run the team:
• Review and approve new member requests
• Manage members — search, set roles, and assign teams
• See per-member streaks and open task counts
• Analytics across the whole lab — task progress, weekly activity, top contributors, and work by team
• Manage signup options so new members onboard smoothly

Built to fit how you work
• Sign in securely with email or Google
• Light and dark themes
• Works smoothly even on a patchy connection, with clear, friendly handling when you're offline
• A clean, fast, modern interface designed for mobile

Pearl Labs Workspace is a private workspace for members of the Pearl Labs community. New accounts are reviewed by an admin
