Pearl FaceGate

Pearl FaceGate turns your phone into the console for your school's face-recognition attendance terminals. Collect the day's punches over Wi-Fi, see who has arrived, and send attendance straight to Pearl IMS. No desktop computer and no cables.

Built for schools that use Pearl IMS. Sign in with the same Pearl IMS admin account you already use.

HOW IT WORKS
• Your face terminal records each arrival as staff and students look at it.
• Tap Collect on the phone. The app reads the terminal's log over your school Wi-Fi.
• Each student and teacher is marked present with their first arrival time.
• Review the day, then sync attendance to Pearl IMS in one tap.

FEATURES
• Today at a glance: present, not yet marked, waiting to sync and synced, for students and teachers.
• Who hasn't arrived: a live list of everyone not marked yet.
• Find terminals automatically: scan the Wi-Fi network for terminals, or enter the address yourself.
• Terminal health: online status, users, faces and log capacity, firmware and clock check.
• Enrol from your roster: push students and teachers from Pearl IMS to the terminal, then enrol their faces on the terminal as usual.
• Link existing terminal users: users already on the terminal are listed with the name entered on the terminal, so you can match them to the right student or teacher in seconds.
• Clock check: warns when the terminal's clock is wrong and sets it to the phone's time.
• Recovery tools: clear terminal admins if the keypad password is lost, without deleting anyone.
• Works offline: everything collected is kept on the phone until you are ready to sync.
• Light and dark themes.

PRIVACY
The app never reads face images or biometric data. Face matching stays on the terminal. There are no ads and no tracking. Attendance goes only to your school's Pearl IMS account.

REQUIREMENTS
• A Pearl IMS school account.
• A ZKTeco face-recognition terminal (such as the MB660) on the same Wi-Fi network as the phone.
