If you are not home to receive your delivery, we have got you covered. You can always give any delivery instructions to the courier via this app. You can also save your preferred delivery settings, so your prescriptions are always delivered as per your instructions.

Q: Can I order my prescription with my GP via your app?
A: No, this app is purely designed to track the deliveries of your prescriptions once your pharmacy has prepared your items for delivery

Q: What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?
A: You can reschedule it for an alternative day or you can put any special instructions you may have for the courier to follow, for example, leave it with a neighbour, post it through the letter box etc.

Q: Can I track the deliveries for my family members (my kids/ my parents)?
A: Yes, you can track the deliveries for your family members provided you are the contact person for them in your pharmacy records.

Q: Do you hold my medical records information in your database?
A: We don’t have access to any of your medical record and it doesn’t get recorded in our database.

Q: What if my pharmacy isn’t signed up to PDS
A: You can download the app and let us know the name of your pharmacy and we will contact them to try and get them added for you.

Q: Is PDS App safe and secure to use?
A: Yes, our development team have thoroughly ensured that all the delivery information is encrypted. We are registered with Information Commission Office and are GDPR compliant.
