Motivus is the field companion for medical and pharmaceutical teams. Plan your
month, log every visit on the spot, and keep coverage, expenses and approvals in

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Plan your cycle — build a monthly plan across your HCOs, pick bricks and
organization types, book AM/PM visit slots on a calendar, then send it for
approval. New and rejected plans stay editable; approved ones stay locked.
- Log visits with confidence — visit type, channel, objectives, wait time and
face time, HCPs seen, brands discussed, assistants on double visits, and a
post-call comment. Save a draft any time.
- Show content and know what landed — open approved presentations and PDFs from
the Contents library and record which slides were displayed and for how long.
- Work offline — no connection means the visit is saved on your device and
uploads automatically later. A Pending Uploads screen shows exactly what is
waiting, what needs attention, and lets you retry or discard.
- Keep your customer data clean — search HCOs and HCPs, request additions, edits
and links, and follow each request through its review status.
- Handle the paperwork — expenses with attachments and limits, surveys, events,
vacation and non-field requests, all from the same app.
- Approve on the move — supervisors get a Pending Actions inbox for plans,
visits, expenses, vacations and HCO/HCP requests, with approve or send-back in
a tap.
- See where you stand — a customizable dashboard with total visits, call rate,
coverage per brand, frequency and org-type breakdowns, plus Coverage
Statistics, Visits Performance, Expense, Vacation Credit, Non Field and Visit
Details reports.
