Sales Flow is the ordering app for field salesmen of wholesale distributors on ProvisCommerce. Visit your shops, take their orders on the spot, and see how your day is going — all from your phone.

This app is for salespeople whose company uses ProvisCommerce. Your company code, email and password come from your seller.

TAKE ORDERS FOR YOUR SHOPS
• Browse the full catalogue at each shop's own price
• Search, sort by price and filter by brand or category
• Product pages with MRP, stock, minimum order and pack sizes
• Type a bulk quantity in one go — the app rounds it to the product's steps
• Offer a discount within the limit your seller allows
• Only the payment methods each shop is allowed are shown
• Place the order as the shop's own; it shows in the shop's order history

CHECK IN AT EVERY SHOP
• Check in when you arrive and check out with the outcome: ordered, no order, shop closed or payment only
• Location is used only when you check in, and only while the app is open — never in the background
• Check-in never stops you working: weak GPS or no location, you can still take the order

KNOW EACH SHOP
• Shop details with address, directions, call and WhatsApp
• Full order history: open any order to see its items, payment and bill
• Outstanding: what the shop owes, aged 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days, with its invoices

MY DAY
• Calls, productive calls and strike rate
• Lines per call and beat adherence
• Order value for today and the month to date
• Pick any past day to look back
