Use MyLinks to:
• Gather and manage all your health records from multiple doctors in one place
• Add missing info, delete/edit your MyLinks record
• Multiple ways to share your record
• Access your data from any device by going to MyLinks.com
• Link charts for easier management of family records
• Keep a health journal, track your symptoms, calendar, task list
• Upload and store important documents. Ex: Advance directive, power of attorney,
insurance cards, driver’s license, etc.

Instant Access to Your Data is Important
MyLinks enables you to have your own “mini electronic medical record” fully controlled by you and accessible to you at any time. In case of an emergency, it is important to have quick and easy access to a single view of all your records. And because you can link charts, you are also able to help family members in an emergency.

Correct and Complete Data
Most doctors don’t have all your records and may have outdated or incorrect information. MyLinks allows you to add, edit, and correct information that you can then share with others. (NOTE: Edits to your record will not automatically be sent to your care provider.)

Advanced Technology
In 1996, HIPAA gave patients the right to access their medical records, but gathering records from each doctor is often a VERY difficult process. MyLinks makes this process easy. We use a new technology standard called FHIR® (pronounced “fire”) to connect you to all clinics who are using the latest certified Electronic Health Records technology. MyLinks is already connected with the majority of US clinics - and we’re growing every day! Our provider list will grow as clinics upgrade to the newest certified Electronic Health Record systems as required by the government. If you don’t see your clinic listed in MyLinks, please contact our team and we will reach out to your provider. If they don’t have FHIR yet, be patient; they may need more time.

What Data is Imported?
Currently, most clinics allow you to gather the following information: Problems, medications, allergies, labs, vital signs, procedures, immunizations, equipment, smoking status, and clinical notes. Soon, new laws will expand the types of information available to you.

Your Data is Safe
All patient data is stored in a secure HIPAA-compliant cloud and is fully encrypted at all times. We take great care in protecting your data. Rest assured; we’ll never share your data with anyone! We believe sharing your data should ALWAYS be your choice.
