Disaster Inventory

Disaster Inventory is a focused, local-first household inventory for Android. Record the items that matter, add photos and useful details, organize everything by room, and find a record quickly when you need it.

Build a practical inventory

• Add item names, rooms, searchable closet, shelf, or box locations, categories, quantities, condition, notes, tags, serial and model numbers, purchase dates, review dates, and user-entered estimated values.
• Keep photos and supporting documents with each record in app-private storage.
• Use reusable templates to speed up repeat entries.

Find and maintain your records

• Search names, rooms, specific locations, categories, tags, notes, serials, and models.
• Filter, sort, save views, and manage several visible records with bulk actions.
• Review records with missing photos or values and schedule optional local reminders.

Export and stay in control

• Preview and save PDF reports.
• Export spreadsheet-friendly CSV files.
• Create validated local backups and preview them before restore.
• Delete local app data from Settings whenever you choose.

Private by design

Disaster Inventory works without an account. Inventory records stay on your device unless you explicitly save, share, or back them up to a destination you choose. Version 1 contains no ads, analytics, cloud sync, or developer data-collection backend.

Optional one-time Pro

The useful core stays free: keep up to 100 active items with three photos per item, make basic CSV exports, and back up or restore your data. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks unlimited active items, up to 12 attachments per item, receipt, warranty, and document files, additional properties, custom fields, custom templates, saved views, multiple reminders, bulk tools, and advanced photo and PDF reporting. The purchase price is shown by Google Play in the app.

Values in the app are entered by the user. Disaster Inventory does not appraise items or guarantee coverage, claims, recovery, or proof of ownership.
