Party Sharing App

Party Sharing App is the innovative event app for promoters, artists, photographers, and visitors that connects live experiences with exclusive digital content in a completely New Way. Whether it's a concert, festival, show, theater performance, city festival, or private party – with PartySharing, guests gain access to high-quality photos, videos, drone footage, interviews, and special moments provided directly by the promoter or official media partners.
The key difference: only those who were truly present at the event can access the content. Verification is done via personalized QR codes and, if necessary, GPS authorization. This keeps access exclusive and the experience authentic.

Promoters create an event via the app, automatically receive QR codes for visitor registration, and can share media content with guests during or after the event – free of charge or for a small fee. Artists, photographers, and videographers can upload their content directly to the event gallery. For the guest, this means: no stress with their own smartphone, no blurry images, but instead high-quality visual content they can rely on.

The app also includes an integrated Event Chat that allows organizers and artists to communicate directly with their guests. This makes it easy to share last-minute information, highlight special programs, or promote upcoming events.

Ticket purchases are also seamlessly integrated into the app – thanks to built-in online shop functionality. Additionally, thanks to connected public databases, Events Nearby or by category can be easily discovered. Users not only receive content from events but actively become part of the Event World.

PartySharing is not only suitable for public events but also for Private Events such as weddings, birthdays, or company parties. Each invited participant can – if desired – upload their own media files done during Event and help shape the event from multiple perspectives. Media is organized into separate galleries, so each user retains control over their content.
For quality assurance, organizers must register and verify themselves before they can publish events and provide content. This ensures that these are real events with genuine participants. PartySharing thus offers a secure platform built on trust, quality, and exclusivity.

In addition to enhancing the experience for guests, organizers also benefit: they can generate additional income, increase their reach, and highlight their events through In-App advertising or event promotions. Media that often remained unused in the past can now be repurposed or marketed – in the spirit of sustainable event management. At the same time, all parties benefit: guests receive professional memories, organizers increase visibility, and artists or photographers have the opportunity to present or directly sell their work.

Technically, the app impresses with numerous features such as GPS fencing, selfie recognition, face-blur filter, floating upload button, in-app ads, prize pool payouts for contests, and rating tools for media content. For security reasons, screenshots and screen recordings are not possible. A live counter informs users in real-time about new content in the gallery, while payment transactions are conveniently handled via Google Wallet, Apple Pay, PayPal, or credit card. Users can specifically search for events that match their location or interests and connect directly with other participants through the platform. Upcoming features like event recaps, a second chat room, and interactive seating plans are already in development.

PartySharing is the perfect solution for anyone who wants to consciously enjoy special moments without worrying about photos or videos – and still not miss anything. The app uniquely combines experience, technology, and community, creating a platform where every event is digitally extended, emotionally enriched, and sustainably documented – secure, exclusive, and unforgettable.
