Papetto

Papetto brings paper drawings to life.

Snap a photo of a drawing, pick one from your gallery, or draw right in the app.
Papetto cuts out the character and starts a gentle moving preview. Pick a motion
and a stage, save a short video or GIF, then send it to family from your phone.
Your original drawing stays in Keepsakes alongside the result.

Start with Breathe, Sway, Float or Jiggle. Joint animation is an optional
experiment: some drawings may distort, and you can return to gentle motion.

MADE FOR PARENTS, WITH KIDS ALONGSIDE
Big buttons make it easy to create together. Adjust the cutout, try another
motion, and keep the original drawing. Free MP4 and GIF exports, no account.

YOUR PHOTOS NEVER LEAVE THE DEVICE
This is not a promise — it is how the app is built. Papetto has no internet
permission at all, so it could not send anything even if it wanted to.
No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. A video only leaves your phone
when you tap Share, and you choose where it goes.

WHAT YOU KEEP
Every drawing and video is saved in Keepsakes with its date — a little shelf of
things your child made. Delete the app and it all goes with it; share anything
you want to keep forever.

Papetto is built on Meta's open-source AnimatedDrawings research (MIT license).
