2) Configure WiFi on your BackHug
3) Complete our 1:1 consultation to create a personalised program suited to your needs.
4) Lie down on your device and start your session
5) The strength of the fingers treating the neck, shoulder blades, mid back and lower back can be adjusted individually. Both the program and the strength of the fingers can be adjusted at any time
6) After your session finishes, you’ll be feeling refreshed and relaxed, with the tension and aches/pains in your back and neck much improved!
