Overthrow Academy

Overthrow Academy is the training app from Overthrow Disc Golf. It works alongside the Academy video course and the 1 on 1 coaching program.

Film your throw with the built in camera, trim it to the moment that matters, and keep a library of your form over time. Members on a coaching plan send throws straight to their coach and get a filmed breakdown back.

Train your putting with structured games. Mark real distances on the ground with your camera, play the ladder, and track your streaks, personal records and progress week over week.

Field Work turns an open field into practice with real distances. TechDisc owners can connect their disc and play accuracy games on live throw data.

An Academy or coaching membership from overthrowdiscgolf.academy is required to sign in.
