Ostrom — Energy. Just Better.

Ostrom is a 100% green energy provider that offers just one flexible monthly plan you can cancel any time, with everything in English and German, and all online (no post or fax!).

As an Ostrom customer, you also have full access to the Ostrom app to help you track your electricity consumption, payments, emissions saved, and more...

YOUR USAGE
The usage graph helps you understand your energy consumption compared to your monthly payments. Keep the graph up to date by adding meter readings regularly.

PAYMENTS
Used a lot of energy this month? Adjust your monthly deposit directly in the app and avoid any “Nachzahlung” (additional payments) at the end of the year. You can also view all your payments and invoices, and adjust your payment method, all in one place.

LIVE CHAT
Our team is here to help, and you can contact them directly through the app! Expect exceptional customer service and a super-fast response time.

EMISSIONS SAVED
See the impact your switch to renewable energy has on the environment, and watch it grow as you refer more people to Ostrom.
