Electoral Control is the digital tool for delegates of a political organization on election day—coordinators, observers, and logistics personnel report what is happening at their polling station directly from their cell phones, in real time.

HOW IT WORKS

Each delegate logs in with their ID number and their organization's code. The app automatically recognizes their role and shows them only what they need:

- Coordinators: report the status of the process at their polling station (start, ongoing, irregularities, closing) with a photo and GPS location, and upload the results sheet from their polling station with photographic evidence.

- Observers: monitor their assigned polling station within the precinct, reporting the same key events of the process.

- Logistics: monitor the organization within their assigned parish.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This app is for the exclusive use of delegates previously registered by their political organization. It is not an official application of the National Electoral Council (CNE) — it is an internal tool for logistical support and reporting for the fieldwork of political parties and movements.

If your organization has assigned you a role as Coordinator, Observer, or Logistics Officer for an electoral process, your administrator will provide you with the access credentials.
