About TinyManuals
TinyManuals is a private, offline-first place for short procedures you rarely need but do not want to forget.
Create personal manuals for appliances, home equipment, hobby gear, network devices, or any repeatable setup. Organize each manual by device, category, and tags, then find it quickly by searching titles, device names, tags, notes, or step text.
Follow instructions one step at a time in focus mode. Each step can include an optional photo, note, and accessible caution or danger warning. Reorder steps, favorite important manuals, and revisit recently opened procedures.
Your data is stored locally on your device. TinyManuals does not require an account, cloud service, analytics, advertising, or an internet connection. You can explicitly export a human-readable JSON backup through Android's system file picker and restore it later. Backups preserve manual IDs, step order, tags, and embedded step photos when those photos are still available.
TinyManuals stores personal instructions, not manufacturer-certified procedures. For safety-critical equipment, verify your notes against official guidance.
