What a Nerd does in Nerd HQ:
Visits. See today's visits and the week ahead, with the customer's first name, the service, the address as a map link, Call Relay, and Text or Email through OkieNerd so personal numbers stay private.
Job clock. Start the clock when you arrive, pause it, and see the running time on a customer-safe timer screen. A Live Activity style notification and home screen widgets keep the clock and your next visit in view.
Close out. Walk the customer through their bill on your phone, offer Nerd on Call membership savings, take a tip, collect payment, and send a receipt. Then write your job notes and submit the job for payment.
Pay. See what you have earned, what is submitted and awaiting approval, and open your Stripe payout dashboard. Figures start hidden and reveal with a tap.
Time. Set the hours customers can book you, with more than one window a day, per-service visit lengths and travel buffers, time off, and your Google Calendar as a busy source.
Gear store. Order OkieNerd shirts, badges and printed pieces, and get a push when your order ships.
Notifications. Reminders to close out a job, store shipping updates, and messages from OkieNerd HQ, kept in an inbox in the app.
