Have you ever experienced, or even seen, a leader who seems to glow from within? They seem to possess something special that is compelling. It’s something more than charisma, something deeper, more powerful. A combination of confidence, competence, clarity, caring, compassion and commitment.
While there is a great deal of material explaining the WHAT of leadership, there is also the knowing-doing gap. People know what they should do as a good leader, yet they get distracted or make other choices.
Professor Stephen Duns’ work focuses on the BEING of leadership. The primary aim being mastery of self, not others.
