Food & Recipe Cost Calculator

Prixa is a recipe cost calculator and pricing calculator for home bakers, handmade sellers, food trucks and small restaurants.
Enter what you paid for each ingredient once. Then pick how much each recipe uses, and Prixa shows the cost per piece, your food cost percentage and a suggested selling price right away.

RECIPE COSTING
• Add ingredients with the amount and price you paid: g, kg, oz, lb, ml, L, fl oz, cups, tbsp, tsp, pieces, dozens, sheets, inches, yards and more
• Unit conversion is automatic: buy flour by the pound, use it by the ounce
• Add packaging and labels per piece, and utilities per batch
• Add labor: minutes × hourly rate (optional)
• Set how many pieces a batch makes (decimals welcome) to get the cost per piece

PRICING CALCULATOR
• Price from a target food cost % (for example 30%)
• Price from a target profit margin, after sales fees and tax
• Price with a markup (2×, 3× the cost) like many makers do
• Or type your own price and check the cost %, profit and markup
• Sales tax / VAT included in the price tag or added at checkout, with your own rate
• Include marketplace, platform or card fees (%). Your last fee and hourly rate are remembered
• Round prices up to 0.05, 0.10, 0.50 or 1.00
